I want to use PCAL6416A on a new projet.
In the datasheet, the input current (HIGH-level input current and LOW-level input current) is specified for VI = VDD(P)and VDD(P) = 1.65 V to 5.5 VVDD(P) = 1.65 V to 5.5 V.
Is it allowed to apply a 3.3V or 5V voltage on an input pin when the the PCAL6416 is not powered (Vi=0V and VDD(P)=0V)?
If yes, what is input current ?
