Microsoft Security Essentials sees the PTN3460_F6 firmware updater as a trojan

I successfully run the updater that I downloaded from this forum earlier and it did the job.

However, I scan it with Microsoft Security Essentials it sees it as a trojan.

Is this considered normal or is it something I shall worry about?
