MTBF/FIT values for PCF85263AT and PCA9635PW

Hi NXP Team,

I'm looking for reliability data (MTBF, FIT, etc.) for these two components:

• PCF85263A Tiny Real-Time Clock/calendar
• PCA9635PW I2C 5 V Voltage Source LED Controller

Both their pages report FIT = 2.0 and MTBF = 5.0E8, but no measurement conditions (test temperature, confidence level, test duration and so on).
