Hi,
We are having issue with newly purchased MRF101AN-VHF kit. While the drain voltage is set to 50 V reading zero current, we started increasing gate voltage to 2.5 V, and noticed only 10 mA current at the drain. After increasing gate voltage slightly above 2.55V, we saw drain current jumps above 1.3 A. We had to shutdown everything since there is possibly defect on one of the components. Any idea what would be the cause of this issue?
