MP3V5050V battery operation

If the MP3V5050V is operated on a 3 Volt button cell/battery, will the output voltage for the pressure measurement change/decrease as the battery voltage decreases?

Should I use a voltage regulator in my circuit for the supply voltage to the MP3V5050V? If so will a switching regulator work or should I use a linear regulator ? Thank you.

Hi,

Yes, the MP3V5050V is ratiometric, so the sensitivity and offset vary proportionally to the supply voltage. Our recommendation is using a 3V LDO.
