When I run debug in processor expert this message appears.
"Unable to debug.Flash security is enabled."
MCU MC56F8323...
How to fix this problem?

The MCU’s Flash Security seems to have been enabled, this is done to prevent unauthorised access to the contents of flash. There are two ways to unsecure the flash: using Back Door Access or by performing a mass erase. The latter requires an 8byte password to be set before the device is secured and since this is unlikely in this case, the only option is to mass erase the flash.

To do so you should use the enable the recovery command “unlock_flash_on_connect 1” in CodeWarrior in the memory configuration (.cfg) file.

I have the same problem. If i uncomment "unlock_flash_on_connect" line in .cfg file i have following message - CCSProtocolPlugin : Failed to erase flash. It seems like MCU's core doesn't respond to a debugger. But there is activities on all lines of JTAG - TDI, TDO, etc. Is there documents where i can see timing diagram JTAG exchange? Or maybe there are any ideas.
