Dieses Vefahren mit der capacitiven Sensor ist fuer Ihre Augfabe nicht geignet, aber man kann Hand oder Handbewegung bis zu enige Meters mit Microwellen Reflexionen wahrnehmen. Es klingt compliziert , istes aber nicht, der aufwand ist nicht mehr als mit dem MC33xxxx. Wir hatten solche Sensoren schon gebaut, wenn sie mehr erfahren moechten lasen Sie uns wissen,

Hello to all people working with the Proximity ICs MC34940 / MC33794.
We are trying to measure hand movement with the MC34940 for our diploma thesis at the University of Applied Sciences in Augsburg, Germany.
We want to measure the movements in an area of 1 X 1 meter but at the moment the electrode we connected (front (electrode) and back (shield) made with aluminium foil, 30 X 30cm) begins to detect the hand only 10 centimetres in front of the surface of the electrode.
Does anybody know how we can increase the sensitivity to get measurements also approx. 1m in front of the surface?
