 I‘’m intend to use tff1024hn chip get 10.6ghz and 9.75GHZ LO frequency, can I  use high voltage (2v dc  voltage)and low voltage（0 v dc  voltage） control HB2, HB1 and HB0 is grounded? can you gei me a help?thanks!

Please according datasheet description to control HB pins.

-----Connect this pin to GND for "0", leave open for "1".
