Error when resetting memory by selecting Reset Tag on NTAG I2C Android Demo

Hi,

When I try to reset the memory on NTAG I2C plus following the User manual UM10966 of NTAG I2C Plus Explorer Kit,

I got an error message of "Error During Memory Content Reset" and Rest failed by selecting Reset Tag icon on Config tab.

Could you let me know how to fix this problem?

When it comes to the alternative way to reset by pressing the second button and tap the phone, It is working well.

Thanks for sharing the full scan. I have checked it and, to be honest, I did not see anything evident which does not allow the Tag to be reset by the App.

I additionally checked it in case the App Reset feature was not working properly but everything worked as expected, please see below:

I would only recommend to please try with another Smartphone since everything else should not prevent the Tag to be reset by the App.
