I know the data retention for the flash on the #ntag213 is 10 years, but I think the serial number on the chip is an @OTP device and should have a much longer life. Can you please confirm that it is OTP and what is the life expectancy of the device being able to return the correct serial number ?
Hello,
If with serial number you refer to UID, this is programmed in production and cannot be written after that. The UID is also stored in EEPROM, for which the retention time will be the same.
Hope this helps.
Best regards,
Ivan.
Do you have any products that would have a longer than 10 years life for the serial ID number , or you know of any other company that makes such a product. We need 50 years +
Mark
