BGA2815 Gain at DC to 250 MHz

The BGA2815 datasheet says it is an amplifier for frequencies from DC to 2.2 GHz. But there is no spec for the gain at frequencies below 250 MHz, and figure 9 shows the gain dropping substantially around 100 MHz and lower. Is that drop real, or related to the AC coupling in the test setup? Is there any spec / data on what the gain is at, say, 10 MHz?

Hello Ben,

I hope all is great with you.

I am afraid that we do not have such data characterized, I mean at 100MHz or lower. This is a consumer type typically used for IF amplifiers in the 200 … 2150MHz range.

In case it is useful for you, we have S-parameter data from 20MHz onward, no models for this BGA28xx series devices.

Regards,

David
