About the maximum input voltage of SA630D

I want to use SA630D as a switch for a square wave generator. Can the two input pins of this chip withstand a 7V, 1MHZ square wave?

Do you mean INPUT and ENCH1 pins?

The primary function of the device is to switch signals in the frequency range DC to 1 GHz from one 50 Ω channel to another.

Please note that this device is not recommended for new designs.
