Now, I am planning to use MRF24G300HS-2450 transistor in my research and the outcome may be used to heating purpose. In that case, it is very important to know about it characteristic properties. I have received most of the important parameter of from the datasheet. In addition, if get the "on resistance Ron " value of that transistor it helps me which is actually is absent in the datasheet.
