the TJA1145A supports partial networking, which means, that it can be selectively activated by a dedicated wake-up frame. For the partial networking to be active, CWE, CPNC and PNCOK needs to be set to 1. Please refer to the sections 7.3 onward in the TJA1145A datasheet.
