Hi,
I can use the CAN_Receive_Data_Trigger module in model-based Design Toolbox for MPC57xx, version 2.0.0, but I cannot use it in version 3.0.0.
With this Error: simulink. DataType object 'status_t' is not in scope from 'untitled/FCAN_Receive'.
Is there any good solution?
Thank you very much!
Hello! I have the same problem. How did you solve this problem?
No solution. No answer from NXP.

Hello 欣澍 杨,
The toolboxes 3.0.0 and 2.0.0 are not compatible between them, so please do not use blocks from the 2.0.0 in 3.0.0 or reverse. The MPC57xx 3.0.0 is based on S32 SDK for Power Architecture so more or less the output for some blocks are now provided from others. We also do provide examples for CAN so please have a look on them before.
Hope this helps,
Marius
It seems this still has not been fixed in MBDToolbox version 3.2.0. Any comment from NXP, please? It's preventing commercial work in my case.
Thanks,
John.
Hello,
There is NO example of CAN receive for Blocking mode. All example are non-blocking mode. I am using Version 3.0. When I change the mode, I got error message "Simulink.DataType object 'status_t' is not in scope from 'SoftwarePlatformMPC5744/Subsystem7/CAN/CAN 0 Rx/FCAN_Receive1'.
Can you show me an example of blocking mode CAN receiver?
