BLDC OpenLoop Voltage Control example for MPC574xP(Panther)+MotorGD

- Commutation based on HALL sensor transitions

- Voltage read via SW1(++) and SW2(--)

- Voltage can be read from POT if VoltageReqSource=0

- Motor can rotate CW (default) or CCW via SW1/SW2
