I'm getting started with Matlab/Simulnk MBDT examples with the following configuration:

MPC5748G Rev D Dev Kit

Model-Based Design Toolbox for MPC57xx Series Version 3.2.0

Matlab/SImulink R2020a

I have built the UART Hello World example but am getting a 'Loss Communication with CCP MCU' error when flashing.

I followed the mbd toolbox guide and installed everything okay, and have flashed rbf using S32DS successfully (AppData\Roaming\MathWorks\MATLAB Add-Ons\Toolboxes\NXP_MBDToolbox_MPC57xx\tools\BootLoader\RBF_Files
MPC5748G_S32DS_UART2_CAN0.rbf).

I have confirmed the serial port settings in device manager and tried taking the *.mot file from the ***_rtw folder and programing it with the RAppID_BL.exe

Also tried flasing the *.elf file directly from S32DS, rebooted and the RED Led was on, but nothing in the serial terminal (PuTTY) on the Com port (COM3)

I haven't been able to download the schematics for the board to check the serial port to see if the pin-out has changed from the revision used in the guide (Rev A); the link for the schematics doesn't work for some reason.

Running out of things to try so requesting some help / guidance

Thanks in advance

Found the issue in the end - computer was too slow.

Time between pressing reset on dev board and it re-starting was too quick for RAppID to popup and detect the Boot Loader.
