How can i inject ethernet packet onto the stack

I would like to inject an Ethernet packet back onto the stack to be processed. How and where can i do that?

BTW: I am using MQX 3.8 on Kinetis K60.

This thread maybe duplicate with thread 320559.  I need to send a raw packet to the stack.
