threshold voltage of GPIO123 and GPIO120 in MPC5634M

hi 

i want to know the threshold voltage of GPIO123 and GPIO120 in MPC5634M.

In the data sheet, i can't check so clearly, i don't know which abbreviation voltage is the one i want.

i also don't know the work current exatly.

Hope someone can help me solve the issue.

Hi,

those pins are Slow and Medium Pad types so you should refer to Vil_s and Vih_s specifications.
