peripheral ram regions of dspi and fec in mpc5777c

I am looking for the peripheral ram regions(embedded memory) of dspi and fec ie the start and end address in mpc5777c but couldn't find it in the reference manual.

DSPI does not have any embedded RAM region.

FEC MIB RAM is small memory mapped area 0xFFF4_C200h–0xFFF4_C3FFh and it can only be accessed by 32-bit.

FEC FIFO RAM does not seems to be possible to access directly.
