What's the difference between different packages of MPC5644A?

MPC5644A has 176 LQFP, 208 MAPBGA and 324 TEPBGA packages. What's the difference between the number of GPIO, ADC, MISO and ETPU packages?

This is described in Signal properties table 3.1 in reference manual.

I do not have exact listing of number of ADC,eTPU or MISO pins across packages.
