What's the difference between SPC5643LFK0MLQ1 and SPC5643LF2MLQ1?

I have the samples SPC5643LFK0MLQ1, but I can find ordering information in datasheet(MPC5643L, Rev. 9, 6/2013) about SPC5643LF2MLQ1 instead of SPC5643LFK0MLQ1. 

What's the difference between SPC5643LFK0MLQ1 and SPC5643LF2MLQ1?

I can not find any information about the part number SPC5643LF2MLQ1.

Hi,

SPC5643LFK0MLQ1 is mask 0N18H

SPC5643LF2MLQ1 is mask 2N89D

Both masks are basically the same and differs only in manufacturing facility. Both are revision 3.1 and shares the same errata sheet.
