What product has a PVR = 0x8125_0000?

I'm trying to understand which product I'm actually dealing with. It has a PVR value of 0x81250000.

Is there any "mapping" available?

Hi,

From PVR register you will find what core it implements.

For device you must check MIDR1 or 2 register.

Hi,

It doesn't corresponds to any MPC core.

Reading MIDR register will give you the device code.

Just read the markings on the chip itself.

Unfortunately SIU(L) base address remains unknown, it's not 0xc3f9_0000. 

Markings are not there, just freescale/nxp logo.

Ok,

Than its hard. Try to ask provider of the device.

He must know what part he has ordered.

Or just try all SIU base addresses of all MPC devices.
