What is the core of MCU SC667469 and SC667644?

I see two MCUs on my ECU:
SC667469VMN6
SC667542VKU6

I know only one datsheet with SC667xxx MCU - MPC5642A datasheet with SC667201MMGx.
I understand that the SC66xxxx are automotive custom MCUs. So datasheets are hidden.
But can you tell me what are cores of my MCUs:
MPC57xx, MPC56xx, MPC55xx, i.MX RT1050 or something else?
