I want to use SPI to UART transeiver so my MCU should be supported SPI communication.
And I found that MPC5777 or MPC5775 has dSPI channels.
What is difference between dSPI and SPI?
Is it possible to use dSPI channel of MPC577x for general SPI communication?

Yes, it is. DSPI has additional DSI feature (picture below). However DSPI module can be used standard way in SPI mode.
