The difference between spc5606bk0 and spc5606bk1, except that the wafer factory is different, can the difference of mask Rev be found in PDF? Can spc5606bk0 and spc5606bk1 be used instead of each other?

Note that
SPC5606BF = mask 1M03YSPC5606BK = mask 01N3E
MPC5606/5BK are derivatives of Bolero1M device whilst MPC5607/6/5BF are derivatives of Bolero1.5M device.

Do you mean SPC5606BK0.. and SPC5606BF1... correct? As I know there is no version BK1
