I am looking for schematic of MPC5748G with TJA1145. It is not available on link. Does MPC5748G evaluation board supports includes TJA1145 or there is any other evaluation board with TJA1145.

MPC5748G development boards does not contain TJA1145.

MPC5748G with TJA1145 can be found on SJA1105SMBEVM Gateway Prototyping Platform | NXP 

Also TJA1145 is used on

MPC5777C Development Board for Engine Control and BMS | NXP 

MPC5775B/E-EVB low-cost Development Boards | NXP
