Hi NXP Engineer:

      Does nxp have schematic and pcb package diagram for SPC5748GGK1MMJ6 because the chip has many pins. If there is an appeal candence allegro document, can it be provided for reference design.

      If there is no allegro file,is there have other EDA files such as Altium Designer be provided as a reference design?

If there is an appeal candence allegro document, can it be provided for reference design.

We do have allegro layout files available for the above schematic. In order to get it you have to create ticket as I cannot share it via community.
