我参考网站上的MPC5634的设计 设计一个电路,发现MPC5634烫手,请问该如何解决,但是将PIn13引脚的对地电容22uf 和0.1uf  取下后芯片便不再发热,请问这个两个电容能否不焊接,但是不焊接时发现此管脚的电压波形为锯齿波附件是我的电路图,请指教!!

Hi,

The VRC33 capacitors have to be used to bypass internal regulator.

Seems those are wrong. Have you measured the VRC33 when capacitors are placed?

Try to use different one.

I change a few capacitance values are not the same tantalum capacitor, the voltage is 3.4 v,When I don't meet capacitor, the voltage is 4 v, but is the sawtooth waveform。

我使用的是176引脚的,13pin 不是电源引脚,那是网络标号,该引脚没有供电电源,而是对外提供电源。给下载口的上拉电阻提供电源
