MPC5604E issue with Flash Programming

Hello,

I'm programming MPC5604E using JTAG, PE Micro USB multilink, it is getting programmed to RAM without any issues but it is not getting programmed to Flash.

which IDE do you use? What kind of error message did you get?

I'm using Code Warriors v10.4, I have attached the Screenshot of the error message I am getting.

Did you modify any settings in the project? I have created new empty project in CodeWarrior 10.4 and I'm able to load the code to RAM and also to Flash using PEmicro USB multilink. Could you try the same?
