MCR of the Flash Memory Module in the SPC5643L.

I have the question about Configuration Register (MCR) of the Flash Memory Module in the SPC5643L.
Please tell me the condition that the PEG Field in MCR recognizes to be the "0 Program or erase operation failed".

(Refer to Table 23-3, Referece Manual Revision 10,0, Page 564)

Interrupted/unsuccessful program/erase can set PEG to 0.
