How to read from flash these information: date of production, brand and model information (MPC5777C)

I want to learn date of production of my microcontroller (MPC5777C) and brand and model information. I see UID information on the flash. I think these information (brand,model, year of production etc.) I can read from flash. Is it possible? Which addresses store these information?

As I know this cannot be read from any publicly described register.

There is no specific information provided in the Unique Device ID. The important here is just the fact this number is unique, thus if differs for piece to piece.
