We using ICE to download FW and excuted it, the sample can be booted normally.
but we removed ICE and re-power on the sample, but it can't be booted.
We had checked the reset timing, it shoule be OK.

We also found some notes for external regulation mode in datasheet.
Due to we are using external regulation mode(1.25V), so we need to check it.
