Destructive reset, what's able causes and how to detect it

Hello,

I'm facing a problem on chip MPC5xxx, that's destructive reset occurred simultaneously (my assumption).

Symptoms:

After download firmware, RGM_DES SWT0 is raised immediately by hardware without initialize any memory. I checked that in reference manual, then it states that a Flash Initialize failure reset. It also states that cause can be critical register or violate memory.

But I don't understand that clearly. Can you give me some advice about it:

* When is Flash Initialize failure occurred ? How does hardware check that ?

* How do I check it's root cause ? Look at memory map or something else ?

Thank you.
