ADC problem confirm of MPC5744P

I am using MPC5744P.

The volt to the VDD_HV_ADRE0 and VDD_HV_ADRE1 are both 2.5V.

And there is always a little difference between the result of the AD and the volt to the AD pin which is measured by the oscilloscope.

So what is the problem? Is the reference volt to the AD must be either 5.0V or 3.3V? the 2.5V will cause the problem?

Definitely, 2.5 voltage reference is not allowed, you cannot expect valid results.
