I want to add comments of Japanese Kanji character, but some character was corrupted as below.
Then I changed font from "Consolas" to "MS UI Gothic" by following step.
1. Select Window -> Preferences to open "Preferences" window
2. Select "Colors and Fonts" under General -> Appearance
3. Select "Text Font" under Basic in drop down list of Color and Fonts
4. Click "Edit" button
5. Select "MS UI Gothic" in drop down list of Fonts
6 Click "OK" button
7 Click "Apply and Close" button
After change font to "MS UI Gothic", this issue was solved.
Are there any settings that need to be changed in addition to the above settings?
By the way, please tell us encoding of Unicode.
Is it UTF-8? Or is it UTF-16?
Please reply as soon as possible.

By default, it is UTF-8, but you can change it in Preferences:
