Not able to download MCUXpresso IDE if account is inactive

As a heads-up: several uses reported a problems with downloading the MCUXpresso IDE setup/installer program.

If pressing the 'Download' button, you might come back to the login screen (to log into your NXP user account):

The likely reason for this is that your NXP account needs re-activation. You should see a link to open a SR (Service Request) which you could use.

Otherwise post a comment here so your account can be re-activated.

The system automatically reactivates your account once you try to login I have validated and the account is active, can you try once more please.

I log in here almost daily, except for the many times that the login system was broken and I can't login.

So if I'm logging in daily why was my download ability deactivated?

Why is any of this crap necessary for free software?
It made sense when CodeWarrior et.al. was a pay for play product.

That is no longer the case for MCUXpresso.

The error of the moment, yet again is:

" The software licensing and registration system is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

Again I ask why is this needed for this software?

We can make this all go away if someone just tells me the direct links for 11.01 as they did for 11:

When I go to this page:

I get sent to this page:

where I can change my password or order masked ROMs.

Nothing on that page lets me download anything.

No I'm not going to clear my cache, my cookies or use a different browser.
None of which have worked in the past for past releases.

Your end is broken, fix it.  Please.

I have sent you a private message asking for more information as we are able to access your account using the back-end as you can see below:

We will need to test with your password and user to make sure the account is passing export control filters as needed.
