Upgraded to v11, now "Unresolved inclusion: <stdio.h>"

After upgrading MCUxpresso to v11 I'm getting "Unresolved inclusion" for stdio.h and unistd.h

That's a long-standing issue with the IDE and CDT, and does not always show up.

With the IDE 11 (and later) there is a context menu to fix this, see "Fixup Parser" at the end of
