The symptom happens with our ethernet switch(M88E6393X), it was working fine with 2019.10 u-boot (upstream), but after upgrading to 2022.07 u-boot (upstream), the switch stop working. The same driver was ported from 2019.10 upstream u-boot to 2022.07 upstream u-boot . But the switch won’t be able to ping network peer once I boot into Linux kernel from u-boot 2022.07 (it works fine if I roll back to u-boot 2019.10).
I have done lots of work to narrow down the issue to this 2019.10->2022.07 u-boot upgrade. And downloaded NXP 2022.04 version of u-boot, will do some diff and find if NXP has patch for this M88E6393X chipset.
Can anyone point me to the right place of it? such as NXP patch, ethernet driver code, low level flex driver code, etc? thanks and deeply appreciate it.
