Does LS1012A support Wi-Fi offload?

Does the LS1012A device support Wi-Fi offload in a similar manner to LS1024A, as shown in the attached diagram?

Wi-Fi is available for the LS1024. NXP ASK for the LS1024a supports Wi-Fi offload.
