"unresolved breakpoints"not stopping program

I'm using CodeRed 3.4 on WindowsXP with a lpc1343 xpresso board.
Breakpoints show problem "unresolved break point" and do not actually stop the program.
Suggestion on what to check.
Breakpoints are working on Blinky so hardware is OK.

Can you remove the *.launch files from your project and then try debugging again. If that doesn't solve the problem, can you say *exactly* what you are doing.
