Does anybody knwo what functionality has "stock"
LPCXpresso board for LPC1769 with CMSIS DAP
firmware deployed in the device when it is delivered?
Is there any soruce available?

I don't think there is anything pre-programmed. But NXP supply a bunch of examples (as source) in LPCOpen:
