An LPCXpresso IDE (Free Edition) activation is locked to a specific PC and it is not possible to move the activation to another PC.
If you wish to use LPCXpresso IDE (Free Edition) on a replacement or additional PC, then simply go through the activation process again on the new PC. For more details of the activation process, please see the LPCXpresso IDE Installation and Licensing Guide supplied within the product installation.
