lpc4078 usb driver ROM

In the lpc4078 user manual it says that the mcu contains a 16kB driver ROM.
Does this ROM contain the usb drivers like it does on the lpc43xx?
I can't seem to find more information about this driver rom in the datasheet or the user manual.

I do not think so.  I took a quick, but not necessarily a complete look at the data sheets.  That Driver area does not look like the USB ROM drivers to me.  It might be the quad SPI driver.
