I bought some samples of LPC811 with following marking:

LPC811
M001J
  15 02
  XD321

According to its UM10601.pdf, the ISP pin moved to P0_12 since rev 4C.

Who can tell me the revision of this LPC811M001JDH20?

Hi allankliu,
Please check page 3 of pdf from below link. Check 4th row of marking on your device.

Thanks arw,

The part nr LPC811M001JDH20 is wrong, it should be LPC811M001JDH16.

However, how can you identify 4C version in the marking?

Yours sincerely

Hello,

The part number you listed does not appear to be valid.  NXP does not have this configuration available in 20-pin.  Probably it is 16-pin.  Anyway, because of the markings you show, I believe you have version 4C with the updated ISP pin location.
