Need help getting started with OM13054 boards

I'm new to NXP LPC's and I am starting a project with 2 OM13054 boards in hand.  I have MCUXpresso installed and I am trying to debug peripheral blink program.  I get a "can't connect error".  I remember reading that I could use one link 2 board to debug the target board but can't find any details on how to do that.  How do I setup to use one 54 board to debug the other?

Also, I'm trying to use the config tool to look at the lpc4370 pins but I can figure out how to do that.

Thanks in advance, Bill

You want to use  OM13054 boards as LPC-Link2 debug tool.  Thus please follow this picture to connect the board:

For more about LPC-Link2, see LPC-Link2 | NXP

There are several video on this link which tells how to use it.

Have a great day,
