Yes, the JP1 and JP2 were indeed mixed up in the board document, I had found this while writing up Tutorial: Transforming the NXP LPC845-BRK into a CMSIS-DAP Debug Probe | MCU on Eclipse. I had reported the problem and received an updated document (attached) which should be on the web soon.
