LPC1756 control main PLL

Hello,

Is is allowed and safe to dynamically change PLL clock in the LPC1756? Let's say during the program flow I
will reduce from 80 MHz to 30 MHz. Is it safe? I know that I will need to reinitialize all peripherals in this case.
