Access to main function of I2C in lpc-4337

Hi
I attached the I2C files (.h and .c) in lpx-4337 chip, but i want to access to the main functions of i2c for initializing, controlling and ... . It seems that the files do not allow to me about this, if you have any suggestion, please help me. :(
