求助：LPC4350的SPIFI接口无法访问N25Q256

使用SPIFI的例程，init函数可以执行，obj结构体有更新，但是erase和program函数都不能执行，
返回错误代码是0x200003，指示超时。请问这是什么原因？

你这问题有一年了 不知现在进展如何 我是使用SPIFI_DRV_m0.LIB 烧写是用M4干的 工具是TKscope的AK100Pro 没有烧写报错. 在M0运行时 spifi_init(&obj, CSHIGH, S_RCVCLK | S_FULLCLK, SPIFI_MHZ) 返回0 就是说正常了 可真正存取0x14000000地址时发现是0xffffffff, 还有查看变量0bj.base居然是0x80000000, 难道是初始化后自动采用0x80000000地址范围不可调试?

一般可能还是初始化并没有成功。没碰过此问题，具体原因得调试了，建议可将SPIFI的时钟试试不同的频率看看
